The Oakland Athletics will try for their third-straight win when they open a three-game set against the Chicago White Sox at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum on Friday (10:05 pm ET, FOX).

On Saturday, righthander Freddy Garcia gets the start for Chicago while Oakland will go with righthander Vin Mazzaro. In the finale Sunday, the White Sox will give the ball to righthander Daniel Hudson, while the Athletics will start righthander Ben Sheets.
The White Sox lost 2-1 to the Seattle Mariners on Wednesday, as +115 underdogs. The score went under the over/under total of 6.5.
And the A’s beat the Boston Red Sox 6-4 in the series rubber match on Wednesday, winning as a -110 pick’em, while the 10 runs went over the over/under total of 7.5.
The total has gone under in four of Chicago’s last five games, both overall and on the road.
The White Sox are 4-1 SU in the past five meetings with the Athletics in Oakland.
